Join us in London on Tuesday 6th May to ask the Environment Secretary to the football!

Tuesday 6th May, 12:00 - 13:00pm
Department of the Environment, London

Environment Secretary Steve Reed is staunchly ignoring the calls of 82% of the public to take water into public ownership. He even banned his “independent commission” from looking into nationalisation. You can’t know exactly why he wants to ignore the evidence. But you do know that the water industry lobby is powerful. The sister company to Northumbrian Water even took the Minister to see his team Crystal Palace play with £1800 in hospitality.

Lois is Reed’s local constituent. She’s sick to the back teeth of the rip-off of water privatisation.

Hundreds of people have fundraised so Lois can take Steve Reed to see Crystal Palace’s last home game of the season. If he comes, she’ll put the arguments for public ownership on behalf of the 82 percent.

You can make the campaign a success.

Join Lois outside Steve Reed’s Ministerial Office at the Department of the Environment at 2 Marsham Street (opposite the Caffe Nero).

Bring a football if you can!
